2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan, Site Plan, Existing elevations (sheet no. 1), Proposed elevation (sheet no. 2) and Typical UPVC window frame section and elevation received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th September 2018. Window details/styles received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st October 2018. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
