| 3 | Prior to installation on site, the finished colour of the uPVC roof vent pipes shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. The uPVC roof vent pipes shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and thereafter retained. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area in accordance with policies HE1 and HE2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
| 4 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
