# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. 2018.046.01.A received by the Local Planning Authority on 02/11/18 Drawing No. 2018.046.02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 08/08/18 Drawing No. 2018.046.03 received by the Local Planning Authority on 08/08/18 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to the replacement window being installed, the final colour that the window is to be painted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To protect the historic fabric and character of the Listed Building.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
