REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials and to safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area. |
| 4 | Notwithstanding the details provided on the submitted plans and elevations, approval of the precise details of the design and materials of the dormer cornicing and cheeks, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority prior to the construction of the dormer frames. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials and to safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area. |
