1 The proposed residential development would result in more than 5 dwellings been accessed via a private drive contrary to the Councils Design Guide and Specification. The proposal would therefore create conditions detrimental to highways safety contrary to part p of policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
2 Statement of Co-operative Working: As a result of the debate at committee Members determined that the application was not acceptable and therefore voted to refuse the application.
