2 Notwithstanding, and with the exception of the amendments approved under this permission, the development shall be completed in accordance with the terms of the planning permission R/2016/0788/FFM and the conditions attached to that permission. Reason; To ensure the development is completed in accordance with the terms of the original planning permission.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
