2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 11/06/18 Location Plan - Change of use (Drawing No. Langside 03/May2018/DM) received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/06/18 Location Plan - Proposed (Drawing No. Langside 02/May2018/DM) received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/06/18 Proposed Gates received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/06/18 Proposed Elevation and Floor Plan of Garage (sheet 1 of 4) received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/06/18 Proposed Elevation and Floor Plan of Garage (sheet 2 of 4) received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/06/18 Proposed Elevations of Garage (sheet 3 of 4) received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/06/18 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to building above foundation level full details and/or samples of the roof tiles, windows, doors, rainwater goods and bricks to be used in the construction of the garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. REASONS: In the interest of the amenities of the occupants of adjacent residential properties and to safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings.
4 Prior to laying the hardstanding and path, full details and/or samples of the slabs or setts to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. REASONS: In the interest of the amenities of the occupants of adjacent residential properties and to safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings.
5 Prior to building above foundation level, full details and/or samples of the bricks to be used in the construction of the gate pillars shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. REASONS: In the interest of the amenities of the occupants of adjacent residential properties and to safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings.
6 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
