# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Block Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 30/04/2018 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Notwithstanding the details submitted, prior to the installation of the new boundary treatment to the extended residential curtilage final details of the boundary treatment shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The boundary treatment shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and thereafter maintained. The details submitted shall include the position and height of the fence / wall, materials to be used and details of any landscaping to be provided on the site. REASON: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
