# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. BD/ 001 received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/04/18 Drawing No. BD/ 002 received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/04/18 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The garage walls and roof shall be constructed in accordance with the materials listed on question 11 of the planning application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/04/2018 REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
4 Notwithstanding the details shown included on the application forms and drawings details of the design and colour of the garage door shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the door on site. The garage door shall be installed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
