# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing 03 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 24/04/2018 Drawing 02 Rev B received by the Local Planning Authority on 24/04/2018 Drawing 04 received by the Local Planning Authority on 06/02/2018 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Before any works commence in pursuance of this permission, full details and/or samples of all materials including roof slates, rainwater gutters and pipes, windows and doors, to be used in the external elevations and for the roof, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved details shall be used in the development hereby permitted REASON: To safeguard the special character of the conservation area.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
5 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section.
