# Condition Details
1 The proposed development due to its design, size and location on a corner plot would be an incongruous feature which will to create conditions prejudicial to the character and the appearance of the streetscene. The proposal is contrary to the aims of the Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD and policies CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework and Policy SD4 of the emerging Local Plan. .
2 The submitted documentation does not demonstrate that two car parking spaces with a satisfactory access can be accommodated at the site following development. The development proposal as currently presented would compromise the aims of policies CS20 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework and Policy SD4 of the emerging Local Plan. .
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. The applicant / agent has been advised of the concerns however no amendments have been submitted.
