3 The works to the garden walls shall be in accordance with the specification set out in the submitted report Smithers Purslow (Method Statement for Works to Listed Walls) dated 11 April 2017 (160717/KP/gg) and the additional information received for the idp Partnership (Works to Spine Wall Explanatory Statement) dated 19 May 2017. Reason: To accord with the terms of the listed building consent application and to ensure the works to the walls are carried out in such a manner so as to not prejudice their historic character and features.
4 All built development to be joined into the existing historic walls is to be carried out in accordance with detailed method statement and specification which is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are carried out. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building.
5 Where the development requires the creation of new openings or the reinstatement of former openings, that work shall not be carried out until final details of the finished specification of the new openings has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall them be carried out in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the new openings of are of an appropriate design and specification so as to protect the historic character of the listed garden walls.
6 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
