2 Prior to the installation of any solar PV to the main catering academy building, final details of the PV equipment to be installed shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the development completed and maintained in accordance with the approved plans. Reason: To reserve the detailed approval of any solar PV on the main building in the interests of securing an acceptable form of development.
3 This planning permission relates only to the amendments shown on the submitted and approved plans which are specified in condition (1) above. Notwithstanding these approved changes, the development shall be completed in accordance with the terms of the planning permission and planning conditions set out on the grant of permission (Ref R/2017/0253/CAM) dated 20 July 2017. REASON; To ensure the development is carried out and completed in accordance with the terms of the original grant of planning permission and the approved amended plans.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
