# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 7934-SK-003 P01 (Location Plan) received by the Local Planning Authority on 6 November 2017 700017394-SK-002 P01 (Red Line boundary) received by the Local Planning Authority on 6 November 2017 7394-D-101 Rev D (Surface Water Drainge) received by the Local Planning Authority on 6 November 2017 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 There shall be no site vegetation clearance between March and the end of September unless a suitably qualified ecologist has first undertaken a checking survey immediately prior to the clearance, to confirm that there are no active nests present. REASON: To conserve protected species and their habitat
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
