# Condition Details
1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing 01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 7 November 2017. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 The colour of the fencing shall be dark brown as advised in the email from the agent dated 13 December 2017. The fence shall be finished in the approved colour within 6 (six) months of the date of this permission and thereafter be maintained. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
