# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. 05 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 15/03/18 Drawing No. 03received by the Local Planning Authority on 25/10/17 Drawing No. 04 received by the Local Planning Authority on 16/01/18 Drawing No. 06 received by the Local Planning Authority on 16/01/18 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Details of the external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
5 The applicant is advised that Listed Building Consent is also required to implement the development hereby approved by this permission. No works should commence until Listed Building Consent has been obtained.
