1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. 01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 19/10/17 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 This consent is for a change of use of the land to residential curtilage only, it does not confer consent for fencing or any other means of enclosure as no details for enclosing the site have been submitted as part of this application. The physical enclosure of the land may require planning permission; you are advised to contact the planning department for further advice on this matter prior to enclosing the land.
