2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Plan Scale 1:1250, Plan Scale 1:500, Drawing 1 of 2 and Drawing 2 of 2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 October 2017 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted required supporting information to justify the development outside development limits. Following negotiations with the applicant additional information to support the application has been submitted.
