# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan Scale 1:1250 and 444 B3.01 Rev 03 received by the Local Planning Authority on 5 June 2017 and Block Plan Scale 1:500, 444-B1.01 Rev 02, 444-B1.03 Rev 02 and 444-B1.02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 10 May 2017 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external alterations hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing building. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development matches the existing property in the interests of the appearance of the building.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
