| 1 | The consent hereby granted for display of the proposed advertisement(s) shall expire three years from the date of this notice after which time the banner shall be removed. REASON: The advertisement banner is not a form of advertisement it is considered should be permitted on a permanent basis in view of its material and siting an a grade II heritage asset. It is considered, however, on balance, that the display of the banner to suppprt efforts to secure an optimal viable alternative use for the building is acceptable on a temporary basis. The display of the advertisement banner is acceptable for an agreed a period of three years beginning with the date of this consent. |
| 2 | Standard Condition 1 – No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission Standard Condition 2 – No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to – (a) endanger persons using any highway, railway, waterway, dock, harbour or aerodrome (civil or military); (b) obscure, or hinder the ready interpretation of, any traffic sign, railway signal or aid to navigation by water or air; or (c) hinder the operation of any device used for the purpose of security or surveillance or for measuring the speed of any vehicle. Standard Condition 3 – Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 3 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Un numbered plan at a scale of 1:100 (Guidebook Town Hall - Proposed North Elevation) received by the Local Planning Authority on 24 May 2017 REASON: To accord with the terms of the application. |
| 4 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
