2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans/documents: - External Schedule of Works, Marske Hall, Drawing NTBS2369/05, - Door Details, Drawing NTBS2369/06, - Window Details 1 of 2, Drawing NTBS2369/07, - Window detail 2 of 2, Drawing NTBS2369/08, - Heritage Statement, received by the Local Planning Authority on 23/01/2017, 24/04/2017, 02/05/2017 and 04/05/2017 respectively. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 All aspects of the works hereby approved shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved details subject of this application. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
