1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan Scale 1:1250 and Site Plan Scale 1:500 received by the Local Planning Authority on 10 January 2017, Drawing No. 5A and Drawing No. 6A received by the Local Planning Authority on 16 February 2017 and Drawing No. 7A and Drawing No. 8A received by the Local Planning Authority on 17 February 2017. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 Prior to occupation of the extension hereby approved the proposed dormer (bathroom) windows within the eastern roof slope shall be obscure glazed and thereafter retained as such at all times. REASON: To prevent overlooking of neighbouring properties.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
