Standard Condition 3 – Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 3 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan Scale 1:1250 received by the Local Planning Authority on 15 December 2016 and 016/271/01B and SK03A received by the Local Planning Authority on 17 January 2017 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 4 | Prior to their installation details of the four downlighters shown on Drawing 016/271/01B received by the Local Planning Authority on 17 January 2017 shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety and thereafter be maintained. REASON: This detail has been omitted from the application documents. |
