1 Due to the relationship of the proposed development, particularly the larger clear glazed window, to neighbouring property it is considered that the amendment should be treated and considered as a minor material amendment as the substitute clear glazed window raises potential material overlooking/loss of privacy issues such that the neighbour should be afforded the opportunity to comment.
2 The decision relates to drawing Sheet no. 6 Rev C received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 December 2016 as far as it relates to the alterations of the two windows (proposed garage and utility windows).
