| 3 | Before development is commenced there shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority details of a scheme for the sound insulation of the building. The approved scheme shall be completed prior to the first occupation of the development and shall thereafter be retained. The noise insulation measures shall be designed to achieve noise insulation to a standard that nuisance will not be caused to the occupiers of adjacent residential accommodation from the proposed development. REASON; In the interest of neighbour amenity and to minimise the disturbance by noise for residential occupiers of adjacent dwellings from the proposed development. |
| 4 | The working hours for all construction activities on this site are limited to between 08:00 and 18:00 Mondays to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays and not at all on a Sunday or Public Holidays. REASON: In the interest of neighbour amenity. |
| 5 | The premises shall not be open to customers outside the following hours:- 0900 to 00:00 (midnight). REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties. |
| 6 | Prior to its installation details of the proposed CCTV camera shown to be located at the eastern extremty of the fascia shall have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved details shall be implemented in their entirety and thereafter be maintained. REASON: The detail has not been submitted with the application documentation. |
| 7 | The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
| 8 | The fascia signage including downlighters and a hanging sign are the subject of a separate application under reference R/2016/0792/CA and nothing in this permission shall be taken as consent for these advertisements. |
