1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. 16/381/PL2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 Drawing No. 16/381/PL6 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 Drawing No. 16/381/PL7 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 Drawing No. 16/381/PL8 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 Drawing No. 16/381/PL9 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 Drawing No. 16/381/PL10 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 Drawing No. 16/381/PL11 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Details of the external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
4 Notwithstanding the approved details on Dwg No. 16/381/PL2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14/11/16 relating to the new gates and wing walls, final elevations of these elements of the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure an acceptable form of development.
5 STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
