# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan Sheet 1 of 7; Site Layout Sheet 2 of 7; Proposed Plans Sheet 5 of 7; Proposed Plans Sheet 6 of 7 and Proposed Sections Sheet 7 of 7 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14 November 2016 and Landscape Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 8 December 2016. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved shall be built in materials as specified on the submitted plans. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development matches the existing property in the interest of the visual amenity of the area.
4 The car port and extended vehical hard standing shall be available for use prior to the occupation of the habitable room created by this permission. REASON: In the interests of highway safety.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted required additional supporting information. The agent provided the required information with the result that a satisfactory scheme has been achieved.
6 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section.
