1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Proposed Plans and Elevations Drawing No: 02 REV: B, received by the Local Planning Authority on 11 January 2017. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 The external elevations of the extension(s)/alterations hereby approved shall be built/finished in materials/colours as specified in the planning application. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development is visually appropriate adjacent to the Listed Building immediately to the north east, and in the Guisborough Conservation and Article Four Direction Areas.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not correlate with works already undertaken by the applicant on the site; the applicant and agent have been advised of these concerns and amended drawings have been received to accurately reflect the situation on site.
