# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Proposed Plan, Elevations and Site Plan, Project No.16.020, Dwg No P101, Rev P3, received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 December 2016. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved, shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing dwelling/building. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials in the Conservation Area.
4 Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved drawing final details of the garage door and side door shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation on site. The doors shall be installed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials in the Conservation Area.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
