| 4 | The premises shall only be open to customers between 11:00 and 00:00 (each day). REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and as the application has been considered on this basis. |
| 5 | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby approved, a scheme for the effective control of fumes, odours and noise from the premises shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The submitted information shall include details of the external appearance of the flue including materials and colours. The scheme approved shall be implemented prior to the approved use commencing and thereafter maintained and retained as such at all times. REASON: In the interest of residential amenities of the area and to ensure a satisfactory appearance. |
| 6 | The use hereby permitted shall not commence until details of the arrangements for the storage of refuse have been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be not be carried out other than in accordance with any approval given and refuse arrangements shall be completed prior to any part of the development hereby approved being brought into use. The use of the refuse storage area agreed shall thereafter be retained and maintained as such at all times. REASON: To safeguard the amenity of the area. |
