2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Existing and Proposed Block Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 05/09/16 Proposed Plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 05/09/16 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The converted garage, hereby approved, shall only be used in conjunction with the main residency (24 The Grove) and shall not be used as a separate unit of residential accommodation. REASON: The development would not be acceptable as a separate unit of accommodation.
4 STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
