# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Existing plans & location plan, Drawing 1416/1, - Proposed plan & site plan, Drawing 1416/6G received by the Local Planning Authority on 18 August 2016, and, - Proposed elevations, Drawing 1416/7F received by the local Planning Authority on 17 October 2016. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Details of the external materials, colours and finishes to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials in the Conservation Area.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted required further details; following discussions with the agent these details have been received and a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
5 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section.
