The development shall then be completed in accordance with the details agreed. REASON: To ensure a suitable form of construction that would not have a detrimential impact on the listed building. |
| 5 | Notwithstanding the window details on Drawing No. 01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 04/08/16, final window details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The development shall then be completed in accordance with the details agreed. REASON: To protect the historic character and fabric of the dwelling. |
