1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Plans as proposed received by the Local Planning Authority on 05.08.2016 Elevations as proposed received by the Local Planning Authority on 05.08.2016 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Installation of internal partition walls is to be carried out in accordance with a detailed method statement to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the development is commenced. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building.
4 Replacement of the obscured panes of glass is to be carried out in accordance with a detailed method statement to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the development is commenced. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
