1 The proposed extension, by reason of its size, position and massing will result in an overbearing and dominant feature detrimtial to the ameity of the occupants of number 9 Langdale and would conflcit with the objectives of policies CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007.
2 The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. The applicant / agent have been advised of the concerns however no acceptable amendments have been submitted.
