2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Plan AA(0)01 Rev 1 and AL (1) 01 Rev 1 received by the Local Planning Authority on 27 June 2016 and Site Plan AA(0)01 Rev 2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 4 July 2016 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission shall be as specified on the application form dated 24 June 2016 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 27 June 2016. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
4 STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
