| 4 | Prior to the installation of the container, details of additional screening on the western boundary adjacent to the container shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The agreed screening shall be installed prior to the installation of the container and shall thereafter be maintained. REASON: In the interests of visual and residential amenity. |
| 5 | STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
