| 9 | The works at this site shall be carried in accordance with the Arboricultural Method Statement (Section 6) of the Arboricultural Implications Assessment of March 2016 and associated Arboricultural Constraints Plan and Tree Protection Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 4 May 2016. REASON: In the interests of the retention and continued health of important trees at this site. |
| 10 | Prior to the commencement of the development, or in such extended time as may be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority, and notwithstanding the information set out in the supporting report (Pre Development BS5837 Arboricultural Implications Assessment, Easson Road, March 2016), final details of the proposed crown lifting and crown thinning of the trees on the site subject to the Tree Preservation Order shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The developer shall give a minimum of 14 days notice of the carrying out of the approved works to the protected trees so that the Local Planning Authority may arrange for the supervision of the works by compliance and arboricultural officers. The works to the trees shall be in accordance with the final agreed details unless the Local Planning Authority has agreed to a variation to the specification of those works in writing. REASON To ensure that the works to the trees the subject of the Tree Preservation Order are the minimum required to accommodate the development; to ensure that works to the trees are carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice and to minimise the impact of the development on the trees to preserve their contribution to the amenity and character of the area. |
| 11 | There shall be no alterations or extensions to the roof whether permitted or not by Classes B and C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of Article 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 or any amending or superceding that legislation.
