| 3 | The storage containers shall be of the materials specified in the planning application and shall be maintained in a good condition; any storage containers that are considered by the Local Planning Authority to be of an unacceptable condition, shall be removed/refurbished to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the date they were deemed unacceptable. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development is appropriate in this industrial estate. |
| 4 | Should the use of any of the storage containers hereby approved permanently cease, they shall be removed from the site within 3 months of the date they were last used and the land shall, as far as practical, be restored to its condition before development took place. REASON: In the interest of the visual appearance of the site. |
| 5 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
