The approvedscheme shall be completed prior to the first occupation of the development and shall therefore be retained. Reason: To minimise the disturbance by noise to neighbouring residential occupiers. |
| 4 | The use of the premises hereby approved shall be limited to the range of activities included within the description on the application form and no other use falling within the Use Class D2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Class Order) 1987 (or and Order revoking or re-enacting that Order.) REASON: To safeguard the amenities of the neighbouring residential properties and to allow the Local Planning Authority to consider any alternative uses on the site. |
