As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
The application is available for inspection online and at the offices of Planning Services, Development Management, Seafield House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1SP. The offices are open from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.

REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved shall be built in materials to match in type, style and colour the external elevations of the existing dwelling/building. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development matches the existing property in the interest of the visual amenity of the area. |
| 4 | The hard standing area shall be constructed in permeable block paving as specified at section 11 of the Application form dated 25 January 2016 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 26 January 2016. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to prevent surface water ingress onto the highway. |
| 5 | Notwithstanding the details submitted prior to their installation on site details of the proposed gates at the front of the dwelling shall have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved scheme shall be implemented in its entirety and thereafter maintained. REASON: In the interest of both visual amenity and highway safety. |
| 6 | The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and only a corrected site layout has been requested and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
