1 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 01 as far as it relates to the Site Location and Block Plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 23 February 2016 and 02 received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 January 2016 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
2 Within 6 months of the date of this permission the property shall be modified to accord with the layout plans submitted to support this application for planning permission. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the development accords with the development sought.
3 STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted required additional evidence and on the basis of the evidence submitted and available the proposal has been determined to be satisfactory and therefore no further negotiations have been necessary.
