# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.01.2016 Proposed ground floor plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 19.01.2016 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The use of the premises hereby approved shall be limited to the range of activities included within the description on the application form and no other use falling within the Use Class D2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Class Order) 1987 (or and Order revoking or re-enacting that Order.) REASON: To safeguard the amenities of the neighbouring residential properties and to allow the Local Planning Authority to consider any alternative uses on the site.
4 The premises shall not be open to customers outside the following hours:- 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
