Standard Condition 3 – Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Standard Condition 4 – Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 14.013 90-02 C2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 18.08.2015 14.013 / 90-20 received by the Local Planning Authority on 24.08.2015 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | The advertisement hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 1 January 2017 unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of display. REASON: The advertisements are such that they would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location. |
