It is considered therefore that in this location the proposed structure will appear visually incongrous to the host property, will fail to preserve or enhance the conservation area and that the proposal fails to comply with the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and is contrary to the NPPF and policies CS25 and DP9 of the Local Development Framework. |
