| 5 | STATEMENT OF COOPERATIVE WORKING: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
| 6 | The tree denoted as T1 on the approved plans, is protected by a Tree Preservation Order. The tree may not be felled, lopped or topped without the consent of the Local Planning Authority to whom an application must be made, as specified by the The Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012. At present no consent has been given by the Local Planning Authority for any works to be undertaken on this tree. Great care must be taken when installing the fence approved as part of the above application, to ensure that no damage is caused to the tree denoted as T1, and to the other protected trees (also subject of a Tree Preservation Order) adjacent to the application site; damage to a tree(s) protected by a Tree Preservation Order is a prosecutable offence. |
