Standard Condition 5 – Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007 |
| 2 | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 20300:SA and 20300:SA received by the Local Planning Authority on 8 June 2015 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | The advertisements hereby permitted shall be removed from the land on or before 8 June 2022 unless a further consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location. |
