The development shall then be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure suitable discharge of surface water from the site. |
| 5 | Prior to the car park hereby approved being brought into use "KEEP CLEAR" markings shall be painted on the adopted highway on Zetland Road at the access / egress to the rear alleyway. REASON: To ensure adequate visability and improve access / egress to the site in the interest of highways safety. |
| 6 | The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
| 7 | In relation to the provision of the KEEP CLEAR markings the applicant shall make contact with the Councils Highway Enginners in order to arrange for the works to take place. |
