# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan Scale 1:1250 received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 March 2015, Proposed Stables Plans by NV Stables Ltd. Scale 1:100 received by the Local Planning Authority on 23 April 2015 and Site Plan Scale 1: 500 received by the Local Planning Authority on 19 May 2015 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the wooden building hereby approved shall be built in the materials as specified in the application form dated 5 March 2015 received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 March 2015. REASON: In the interest of the visual amenity of the area.
4 Prior to the installation of the wooden building hereby approved details of drainage at the site shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved drainage details. REASON: In the interests of flood protection and detailed drainage information has been omitted from the application.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
