# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location & Block Plans DRG No. P32_15/02, received by the Local Planning Authority on 23 March 2015, and, - Existing & Proposed Plans DRG No. P32_15/01, received by the Local Planning Authority on 25 March 2015. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The premises shall only be open to customers between the hours of 08:00 - 23:45. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of the occupants' of residential properties in the vicinity.
4 The external planters, which constitute part of the hereby approved development, shall be of the size, design, materials and colour specified in the application. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of the visual amenity of the area.
5 The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
